If you purchased a product from us, please include your registration information when contacting Customer Support,
so you can get priority processing.
We answer all Emails typically on the same day. If you do not receive a response to your query within three business days, then chances are that some spam filtering eliminated our reply Email on your side. Please check for this problem, and resend your message.
When applying for technical support, please mention all relevant information,
like device model and version, product version, and a detailed description of the problem.
Bug reports should include step-by-step instructions for reproduction.
